Handcrafted pizzas topped with locally sourced, seasonal vegetables from Prairie Drifter Farm & Natural Food Co-op in Litchfield, Loon Organics & Good Courage Farm in Hutchinson & herbs from Jomas Hill, Italian sausage & bacon from Carlson Meat Shop in Grove City, salami & pepperoni from Driftless Provisions in WI and chevre goat cheese from Donnay Dairy in Kimball all cooked in our wood-fired oven. Our menu also includes cheese plates with ridiculously good, artisan cheese from Redhead Creamery in Brooten, MN and Donnay Dairy and ChunkChunk Ice Cream & Mr. B’s Chocolates!
